Late Tuesday, General Motors and Chrysler submitted their recovery plans to the government. The bottom line: GM and Chrysler say the need another $18 billion total in government loans to make it until auto sales turn around. And now, after quite a wait, we get its replacement – the new Hyundai Veloster. The Veloster was revealed at the Detroit Motor Show at the start of 2011, and Hyundai say it will be in UK showrooms in February 2012.
